Booking Deposit
To secure your hair appointment, we require a £25 booking fee, which must be paid within 24 hours of making your booking.
Non payment within 24 hours, will result in your appointment being cancelled, and reopened for someone else to book.
This fee can be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

•Can be kept as a rolling deposit for future bookings.
•Ensures your appointment is reserved and allows us to manage our schedule effectively.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, but as a small business, last-minute cancellations affect our schedule and income. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
✔ More than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
❌ Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: You will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, and the deposit will be forfeited.
